1. Returns

  • You can return products within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service with your order details.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personal care products are non-returnable.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.
